Customer Trading Support (without experience)
Our client is a Swiss online bank that provides online and mobile trading, banking and financial services. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, it has offices in Riga, Kyiv, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai and Tokyo, with over 300 employees. Responsibilities: To support clients requests provided via different communication tools, Participate in project management tasks, Perform monitoring duties. Requirements: Higher education in economy/finance/mathematics/technical background, Upper-intermediate English, Excel, computer literacy. As advantage: Experience in finance/banking industry, Understanding of Forex trading and financial markets, Experience in project development, IT.
