Customer Trading Support (without experience)

• Our client is a Swiss online bank that provides online and mobile trading, banking and financial services. 
• Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, it has offices in Riga, Kyiv, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai and Tokyo, with over 300 employees.

Responsibilities:

• To support clients requests provided via different communication tools,
• Participate in project management tasks,
• Perform monitoring duties.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economy/finance/mathematics/technical background,
• Upper-intermediate English,
• Excel, computer literacy.

As advantage:

• Experience in finance/banking industry,
• Understanding of Forex trading and financial markets,
• Experience in project development, IT.
