The IT Administrator is responsible for ensuring optimal operation and advancement of our IT infrastructure, while effectively managing technology integration and user support
Responsibilities:
Administer and enhance our company's computer network, network equipment servers, data storage equipment, and other IT infrastructure components,
Initiate, categorize, and resolve IT infrastructure and Information System (IS) incidents and problems. Record these activities in management systems,
Provide necessary support to IS users, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience,
Register and process IS applications, including IS rights management and the installation of new IS versions, utilizing application management systems,
Conduct proactive analyses of potential problems and actively seek solutions,
Ensure the introduction and implementation of new technologies to keep our IT infrastructure at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,
2+ years as an IT Administrator or similar role,
Experience in managing, installing, and maintaining Linux/Unix systems,
Overseeing data storage and backup systems, ensuring their continuous operation and maintenance,
Installation, administration, and maintenance of network equipment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
