Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing user access rights within Information Systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access is maintained for all users;
Provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of various information systems, helping them understand and utilize these systems to their full potential;
Your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving problems that end users encounter with specific information systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation;
Troubleshoot and solve application-related technical issues, as well as perform simple configuration changes to applications to enhance user experience and system functionality.
Requirements:
2+ Years Work Experience as an IT User Support Specialist;
Configuration Skills of Active Directory and Group Policies;
Understanding of Network Infrastructures and Components;
Experience in IS User Rights Administration;
Ability to Provide IS User Consultations;
Good knowledge of the English and Latvian.
