Security engineer

Job summary: Manage corporate security stack (DLP, SIEM, IAM, PIM/PAM, PKI etc.) Manage endpoint security and security features of device management solutions Secure identities, corporate business applications and dataConfigure and analyze security alerts Ensure the security of both on-premises infrastructure and public cloud environments Enforce compliance with established security policies Participate in security incident response activities Provide ongoing employee awareness training and guidance on information security best practices Conduct cybersecurity assessments, access control reviews, etc. Collaborate in audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards Ensure management of physical security controls (CCTV, access control, etc.) Coordinate with relevant teams to identify and effectively address security concerns Track latest trends and threats in information security and implement appropriate security controls Maintain documentation Requirements: Over 4 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in information security Fluent in English , Latvian , with a good understanding of Russian Proficient in enterprise management tools and the Microsoft security stack Experienced in vulnerability/patch management and security architectures Skilled in incident response, data loss prevention, and endpoint security Familiar with security compliance standards and security awareness platforms Experienced with various networking vendors and OS administration Strong understanding of modern IT and public cloud technologies Excellent analytical , problem-solving , and communication skills As advantage: Scripting skills Experience with CNAPP platforms Experience with Vulnerability assessments , penetration testing CISA, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent certificationCompany offers: Be a part of Top 1 Europe financial company Ability to work for an employer that will motivate, appreciate, and care for you Flexible working hours start as late as 10 am Ability to work from home 2 days per week Friendly and collaborative environment and modern office Health insurance Team buildings, company events, and an active social life Training opportunities, seminars, webinars, workshops etc. Receive gifts for birthdays and other important events Receive bonuses for long-term cooperation like Extra holidays, etc. Enjoy fresh beverages in the office Enjoy the private gym Working hours: full time
